After weeks of planning, yesterday we had the opportunity of talking with Ms. Elizabeth Acevedo! Our students had the chance to talk to her about the writing process, her experience getting her books published and her interaction with her readers. It was an unforgettable experience and we thank Ms. Elizabeth Acevedo for making the time to talk with us. One school shooting at a small town. Six survivors. . . One story. . .
